People often ask me, “So… what exactly do you do?”

People often ask me, “So… what exactly do you do?” and the truth is, the answer is never short. Because what I provide isn’t just one service; it’s the foundation that keeps businesses, households, and high-performing lives running seamlessly. At the core of everything I do lies supreme organisation, operational excellence, diligence, people management, and relationship management. Whether I’m building operational infrastructure for luxury businesses, implementing healthy workplace systems that attract and retain exceptional people, or managing the day-to-day complexities of UHNW individuals and families in a Chief of Staff capacity, my role is always the same: creating order, harmony, longevity, and ease. A private household, much like a boutique hotel or successful business, requires structure, systems, and exceptional standards to truly thrive — and that’s often the missing piece when I’m brought in to consult. Somewhere between strategist, operator, fixer, and trusted right hand, my clients have affectionately dubbed me everything from “Mary Poppins” to “The Chaos Coordinator” and, occasionally, a miracle worker.

Organising & Consolidation

From several filing cabinets that were tired and run down, several moth-ridden boxes and archive material, all moved and re-organised into a new 10-drawer office cabinet.

Not only making far more room around the staff quarters, but also having everything in one place, sectioned off and organised to be able to easily find.

A user friendly filing system, with the ability to maintain to ensure staff keep on top of this on a day to day basis.
